Returns

30 days. No drama.

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund. This is our goodwill policy on top of your statutory rights — see section Statutory right of withdrawal below.

How to start a return

A return label is included with your order. Pack the item back into its original packaging, stick the label on, and drop the parcel at the post office — that’s it.

If anything goes wrong or you have questions, just email info@ikigai-cycling.de. A real person reads your message.

What can be returned

We accept returns of items that are:

• unworn and in original condition
• in their original packaging, with tags attached

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of socks or base layers once the seal is broken.

Until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility — we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in acceptable condition, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. You’ll get an email when the refund is on its way.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, that’s on us. Email info@ikigai-cycling.de with photos and your order number. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Statutory right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that exists independently of the 30-day promise above. The full legal text — including the standard cancellation form — lives in our Terms & Cancellation Policy.
